NHB Recruitment 2023: National Housing Bank is looking for qualified candidates for the posts of General Manager Scale – VII, Deputy General Manager (CFO) Scale – VI, Assistant General Manager Scale V (Economist), Deputy Manager, Scale – II (MIS & Economist), Assistant Manager Scale-I (Generalist & Rajbhasha), Chief Economist (On Contract), Senior Project Finance Officer (on contract), Project Finance Officer (on contract). The selected candidate for NHB recruitment 2023 will be engaged for a period of 1 year of active service from the date of his/her joining the Bank which is extendable at the discretion of the Bank. The chosen applicant for NHB recruitment 2023 will get a monthly salary of up to Rs. 129000. The selection of candidates for NHB Recruitment 2023 is based on an Online exam and interview. General Manager-
The selected candidate will get a monthly salary between Rs. 116120 – 3220/4 Rs. 129000.

Deputy General Manager–
The selected candidate will get a monthly salary between Rs. 104240 – 2970/4 – Rs. 116120
Assistant General Manager–

Deputy Manager-
The selected candidate will get a monthly salary between Rs. 48170 – 1740/1 – 49910 – 1990/10 – Rs. 69810
Assistant Manager-
The selected candidate will get a monthly salary between Rs. 36000 – 1490/7 – 46430 – 1740/2 – 49910 – 1990/7-Rs. 63840 Contractual Posts Period of Contract.
Chief Economist Market-
The selected candidate will get a salary of Rs 5 lacs per month (with a fixed pay of Rs 3.75 lacs and variable pay of Rs 1.25 lacs).
Senior Application Developer-
The selected candidate will get a salary of Rs. 1.25 lacs per month (consolidated)
Senior Project Finance Officer-
The selected candidate will get a Fixed compensation of Rs 3.5 lacs per month.
Project Finance Officer-
The selected candidate will get a Fixed compensation of Rs 2.5 lacs per month. In case of outstation duty, traveling and halting allowances will be applicable to Scale IV cadre (IBA Scale).
Qualification for NHB Recruitment 2023:
Candidates must have the given below qualifications to apply for NHB Recruitment 2023.
Chief Economist (On Contract)-
Candidates must hold A Master’s Degree in Economics with a specialization in monetary economics or Econometrics from a recognized Indian/ Foreign University.
General Manager (Project Finance)-
Candidates must hold a Graduation degree in any discipline with a Chartered Accountant
Deputy General Manager (CFO)-Â
Candidates must be a Chartered Accountant.
Assistant General Manager (Economist)-
Candidates must hold Post Graduate degree in Economics.
Assistant General Manager (Economist)-
Candidates must hold Post Graduate degree in Economics.
Deputy Manager (MIS)-
Candidates must hold Post Graduate degree in Statistics OR Post Graduate degree/ diploma in Operation Research.
Application Developer (on contract) and Senior Application Developer-
Candidates must hold a B.E. (CS/IT)/B.Tech degree.
Project Finance Officer (on contract)-
Candidates must be a Officers with minimum working experience of 10 years in SCBs/ Financial Institutions of which a minimum of 5 years of experience in handling Credit/ Project Finance
Senior Project Finance Officer (on contract)-
Candidates must be a Officers with minimum working experience of 15 years in SCBs/ Financial Institutions of which a minimum of 10 years of experience in handling Credit/ Project Finance.
